I achieved one of my goals in April this year by competing in my first body sculpting competition in Sports Model Division of the International Natural Body Builders Association. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done but with out the help of Tony and the Designer Physique supplement range, it would have been a lot harder!

I was implementing Designer Physique – Slim Lean into my cardio training regime and found the rate at which my body fat reduced was amazing.
